If your referral results in a completed transaction, you may be eligible for a referral reward paid directly by PropNex, subject to verification, eligibility, and written confirmation. All referrals must comply with applicable laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any relevant industry rules.

How It Works

  1. Submit a buyer referral through WhatsApp with the buyer’s basic details.
  2. We review the lead to confirm that it is new, valid, and suitable.
  3. If the buyer proceeds with a successful transaction, the referral reward becomes payable after completion and internal verification.
  4. The final referral reward amount will be confirmed in writing before payment.

Referral Reward

Our standard referral reward is up to 1% of the commission received, depending on the transaction type, lead quality, and final approval. The exact amount may vary and will only be confirmed after the referral is qualified and accepted.

For clarity, this referral reward is separate from the property commission charged for estate agency services, which in Malaysia is generally governed by the professional fee guideline for land and buildings. Referral rewards are not guaranteed and are payable only when a transaction is successfully completed and the commission is received.

Who Can Refer

You may refer a buyer if you are:

  • A friend, colleague, or business contact with genuine buyer access.
  • A property-related professional or introducer.
  • A social media contact, community member, or network connector with a real buyer lead.

A referral must be a genuine introduction, not a duplicate lead, spam submission, or self-referral. We reserve the right to reject any referral that does not meet our qualifying criteria.

Qualified Referral Criteria

A qualified referral is generally a buyer lead who:

  • Is genuinely interested in purchasing property.
  • Has not already been in active contact with us.
  • Can be reasonably reached and verified.
  • Completes a successful purchase transaction through our service.

A referral does not qualify if the lead is incomplete, false, duplicated, or already known to us before the referral submission.

Payment Terms

Referral rewards are payable only after:

  • The buyer’s transaction is successfully completed.
  • The commission has been received by the relevant party.
  • The referral has been verified and approved internally.
  • Any required documentation has been submitted.

Payment timing may vary depending on transaction completion, documentation, and administrative processing. No payment is due for uncompleted, cancelled, or unsuccessful transactions.

Important: Submission of a referral does not guarantee acceptance, contact, conversion, or payment. Referral reward rates may change from time to time without prior notice. We may reject any referral that is incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, fraudulent, or non-compliant. Referral rewards are subject to applicable tax reporting obligations.

Personal Data Notice

By submitting a referral, you consent to us collecting, using, and processing the personal data you provide for the purpose of referral review, transaction follow-up, communication, and administrative records in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. You also confirm that any third-party data submitted has been shared with proper consent.

We may contact you to verify the referral, discuss the buyer’s needs, or request additional details. You may request access to or correction of your submitted personal data, subject to applicable law and our internal procedures.

如果潜在客户资料不完整、虚假、重复,或在提交推荐前已为我们所知,则不符合资格。

付款条款

推荐奖励只在以下情况下支付:

  • 买家的交易成功完成。
  • 佣金已由相关方收到。
  • 推荐已通过内部验证和批准。
  • 任何要求的文件已提交。

付款时间可能因交易完成、文件和行政处理而异。未完成、取消或交易不成功则不支付任何款项。
