Welcome to BoonGiap.com.my (“Site”, “Service”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at www.boongiap.com.my, which is owned and operated by Yeoh Boon Giap, a registered real estate negotiator under PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd (“Boon Giap”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of the Site and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information arising from your use of our web pages.

By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreements”). If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) the Agreements, you may not use the Site.

BoonGiap.com.my primarily provides information and marketing related to Malaysian real estate, including property listings, market insights and contact forms for you to reach out for assistance.

The Site does not process online payments for property purchases, booking fees or professional fees. Any actual transaction (such as booking, Sale and Purchase Agreement, tenancy, or agency fee payment) will be handled offline or through separate channels in accordance with Malaysian law, PropNex Realty Sdn Bhd’s policies and industry regulations.

If, in future, any paid services are introduced via this Site, separate terms and clear payment instructions will be provided at that time.


4. Contests, Promotions and Campaigns

From time to time, we may run campaigns, promotions, giveaways or similar activities (collectively, “Promotions”) through this Site or our social media channels.

Each Promotion may be governed by specific rules or terms that supplement or differ from these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the Promotion rules and these Terms, the Promotion rules will prevail for that specific Promotion.
